• License Metadata: License key, activation timestamps, plugin version

• Identifiers: Name or email address if provided during checkout or support requests

We do not collect or store:

• Prompt content: Any text or content input by users into the plugin is not stored, logged, or used for research or analysis

• Payment information (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy)

• Framer project content or design files

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data strictly for:

• Monitoring system performance and uptime

• Improving product features based on general usage trends

• Debugging and support diagnostics

• Preventing fraud and abuse

We do not:

• Sell or share personal information with third parties

• Use user-submitted prompt content for any purpose

• Profile or track users across other services

3. Data Retention

We retain basic usage and license metadata indefinitely for internal operations. If you would like us to delete your data, email hello@aifra.me with your license key or purchase email. Data will be deleted within 7 business days of verification.

4. Data Security

We employ standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including secure API access, rate limits, and logging protections. While we take security seriously, no online system is entirely immune to risk.

5. Third-Party Services

AI Frame relies on the following services:

• Lemon Squeezy – Handles payments, invoicing, and VAT compliance

• OpenAI API – Provides AI generation; prompt content is processed but not stored by AI Frame

• Cloudflare – Provides infrastructure security and performance

• Framer Plugins API – Enables integration within Framer

Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

AI Frame is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted to https://aifra.me and become effective upon publication.
