Refund Policy

Effective Date: 24 March 2025 Product: AI Frame Company: Segment Design This Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Segment Design (“the Company”) and governs all purchases, subscriptions, and use of AI Frame, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product made available in the form of a Framer plugin. By purchasing, activating, or using a license for AI Frame, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Access and Licensing

AI Frame is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Upon payment, users receive a unique license key, delivered by email and accessible via your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation page. This license activates the AI Frame plugin within Framer and enables access to all features during the subscription period.

Each license is valid for a single user. License management, including deactivation, can be done directly within the plugin interface—no customer support contact is required.

2. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing cycle selected (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the plugin interface.

Upon cancellation:

Your license remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
You will retain full access to the plugin until your subscription expires.
No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the term after cancellation.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available only under the following condition:

If AI Frame fails to function due to a technical issue and the problem cannot be resolved by our team within a reasonable time, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund:

Contact us at hello@aifra.me with your license key.
Include a detailed description of the issue and clear steps to reproduce it.
We will attempt to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We do not provide refunds for:

Subjective dissatisfaction
Accidental or incorrect purchases
Failure to use the plugin
Features that do not meet uncommunicated expectations

A free trial experience is available on our website, allowing you to test the product before purchasing.

4. Billing and Tax

All payments are processed in USD via Lemon Squeezy, which handles all payment processing, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and invoice generation. Customers may enter business details such as company name and tax ID after checkout.

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks on valid purchases will be disputed. We maintain records of license delivery, activation, and plugin usage. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent loss of access.
