Terms of Service

1. License and Access

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use AI Frame solely for your personal or internal business use during an active subscription period.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the product

• Use AI Frame to create a competing product or service

• Use automated scripts or bots to generate content at scale

• Use AI Frame for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive activity

• Use the product for political, propagandist, or regulatory interference

Violating any of the above will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

2. Account & Subscription

AI Frame is licensed via a subscription model (monthly or yearly). Upon purchase, you receive a license key that activates the plugin.

• You may cancel at any time via the plugin interface.

• You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

• No refunds are provided for cancellation after activation.

• Segment Design reserves the right to revoke access in the event of abuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect the following data:

• Usage Metrics: Number of generations, feature usage patterns, and plugin interaction logs

• License Metadata: License key, activation timestamps, plugin version

• Identifiers: Name or email address if provided during checkout or support requests

We do not collect or store:

• Prompt content: Any text or content input by users into the plugin is not stored, logged, or used for research or analysis

• Payment information (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy)

• Framer project content or design files

We use this data strictly for product improvement, research, and performance monitoring.

We retain this data indefinitely unless you explicitly request deletion. To request deletion of your data, contact hello@aifra.me.

4. Security and Abuse

AI Frame integrates with third-party APIs including OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Framer Plugins API.

Any attempt to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system

• Overload, abuse, or DDoS the service

• Circumvent security mechanisms or exploit backend APIs
  will result in immediate and permanent termination of your license and access.

5. Uptime and Warranty Disclaimer

AI Frame is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted performance.

While we aim to maintain reliable uptime, we do not guarantee a specific service level or response time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, bugs, or API failures beyond our control.

6. Third-Party Dependencies

AI Frame relies on services provided by third parties (including OpenAI and Cloudflare). By using AI Frame, you also agree to comply with any applicable terms imposed by those providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Segment Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are applicable worldwide. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable global internet commerce and contract law standards.
